This is the worst I have seen. Any type of noise echoes throughout the place. These apartments are so close you can hear so many people's conversations, it is a very noisy place to live. Too many -------- that could give a ---- about anyone else but themselves. Poor soundproofing construction, I could hear the woman above me squirting one in the toilet at night it's that bad. Then you can hear everyones alarm clocks go off in the morning. Way overpriced for the value. Too boxed in, everything is crunched so close together, hope you don't have a big car, # parking spaces is fine. Its not gated like they say. Pittiful. Wait till you leave and break your lease early. $2000 early term charge, $100 cleaning fee, water bill, and I can't imagine what more bills I will see. It is such a joke.
