Pinnacle at Otay Ranch

Love it here....going on 4 years. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I've been here for over 3 years and love it. I have found the management to be very responsive and the maintenance crew absolutely fabulous. Very quick response time. The grounds and facilities are well kept. I'm lucky to have great neighbors. Yes, in the 4 years here I've had my share of bad neighbors, but they don't usually last long. The only negative for me is that in the last year since they've allowed dogs, I don't feel safe walking on the grass anymore. One of my neighbors does not pick up after his dog and the smell gets a little bad. Overall, I love it here.
