I have to say...I am very immpressed. I have spent a year here. Actually decided to live here due to the reviews. I will be moving out after my year is up, because I have to relocate. I got asked to move my rent up $30, which isn't too bad. I enjoyed my time here, never hear the neihbors, very quiet area overall. The staff is excellent and the maintenance is great as well. I'd definitely recommend it overall.
