Stayed here for about 6 months and it was pretty trouble free until you decide to move out. Terminate my contract early and was OK the the penalty of early contract termination. However the staff was pretty rude and started to charge left and right on odd things.

The day I left the apartment, it was pretty clean. I vaccumed and made sure everything was clean before I left. Basicaly the day I moved out, the place was pretty much ready for the next tennant. However, low and behold I got a call from the management office saying the place was trashed and they needed to repaint the walls and wash the carpet becuase it was dirty. Odd thing was two adults was living at the place and we didn't even have guest over. On top of that we didn't even put any poster or thumbnails to the wall. They started to make all these false claims about how messy and dirty the place was.

Oh yeah, gotta love the parking situation. Reason why is there is none. Some of the other tennants have more than 3 cars. Needless to say you will probably not be able to find a parking after 3pm.

For those who value their sleep time. This place is located at the corner of the busy intersection. From time to time you will wake up in the middle of the night from tire screeching.

Over all, avoid this place. Management is very shady with their practice and very unfriendly. If I knew ahead of time I would have stayed away....far away.

This place is the best, i find it odd that some people don't like it. I would rather live here than a house..this place is great!
