We moved into Pinnacle a Otay three months ago and for the past two months have had non stop ants! We have to complain weekly about the ants, they say they spray, but the ants always return. Not to mention the noise here, the apartments are super close together so you hear everything if your windows are open which they usually are considering it's Southern California. Our refrigerator has also been broken for 2 months and they can't seem to figure out the problem. For the cost of rent this apartment is not worth it.

Shut all your windows and never open them again! Buy yourself some Orthomax Home Defense and RAID then get to work spraying every seam in your place. Spray your door jams and windowsills liberally with RAID and close them tight. Never leave any type of food out or even your toothbrush on the sink. This DOES work! However, it doesn't change the fact that this shouldn't be your problem when you pay rent that supposed to cover this.

maybe you should consider moving if it's that bad. I have raid and use it because we're on canyon and mountains, ants cant help but be here and they do their very best to control them but it's never gonna be perfect, we haveto do our part too. Noise is not an issue, maybe your listening for it. Or maybe you should use the AC and shut your windows until your lease is up. If you're THAT unhappy..i would suggest moving
