I've lived here 3 years and have seen good and bad managers come and go. Good staff come and go...but one thing that is consistent is Christina. She is always nice and helpful- so dont trash her. Thats first of all...
Second- there is not a thing wrong wirth this place. It is beautiful and well kept and YES- expensive too- but HELLO...you are in Otay Ranch for god's sakes. Do you think that paying higher rent gives you a liceses to bit**' This is by far the nicest apartment livin experience I have ever had. I recommend it highly.

Why do people keep giving their two cents but only get paid a penny for their thoughts?
Hey hey calm down... what I???ve stated is all true. If not, take me to court for defamation. I can easily back up everything I???ve stated. That may be the truth for you sir or ma'am but this is the truth for me. I commend you for speaking up your side, but please don't go here to say I???m b****ing when I???m merely doing the exact same as you - posting an opinion based on experience at this property.
In addition, expensive was never an issue with me. I posted a positive rating for this place when I first moved in to Pinnacle, and another posting I did was a reply to someone who complained it was too expensive and not worth the price because of poor service. I replied to that posting stating possible reasons why it may be higher than another unit and also stated that just because it's expensive, it doesn't mean it's going to be a perfect place in every aspect either.
Money is no problem for me but expensive or not, tenants have rights to be treated fairly and Pinnacle has responsibilities to their tenant by law and by moral obligation. I???m not exercising my right to speak because I pay high rent. I???m doing it because people who go on this site have a need and right to know before signing a lease. We were never late in paying rent ever, and money was never an issue. So let's keep the focus. The workers in the office can attest and empathized to the drawbacks of the property but only AFTER I signed my lease. They won't tell a prospect this because they need to eat and pay rent too.
People looking into this deserve to know other people's ratings of the property and any aspect that goes along with it from residents and not only from the thousands of dollars a year spent on marketing materials an/or the employees who go on this site to post positive ratings - not saying Pinnacle does this or not but am well aware they know about the site as they direct residents to the site to rate them. So please, don't keep putting in cents, saying I???m b****ing just because they don't coincide with yours.
This is my line of work. I know the industry and speak to managers and tenants in all properties. My opinion is not isolated I don't chime in when I meet people who feel for or against her; it ends right there. I???m not the only one who feels this way about her. Many, including a whole family's experience with her were foul as well as she was quick to point a finger only to find that she and her office failed to do something. She didn't apologize; instead put blame on someone else in the office.
I???m glad everything is perfect for you but see that not all things take place like your experience. Please start looking at the whole picture and possible possibilities before you continue to call another???s opinion "b****ing" and keep other people from speaking their truth. It would suck if one day, popular culture called ???truth??? ???b****ing???, wouldn???t it? Because at that time, you would be caller a b****er. Have a nice day!
