I promised myself i would write a reveiw on this site because this site is what helped my husband and i choose an apartment from out of state due to military relocating.

To start off I wanna say what caught my attention to this place was the landscape,the way the apartment was set up,the fact they actualy have a pet side only for pet owners and the attention each and everyone gave me each time i would call due to a question....i figured maybe it would be different when i get there but no...the day i came in to sign my lease with my husband the manager was there ( i know she was new becasue of what dawn said ) but over all she was a real sweetheart along with dawn. They both helped us, gave us everything we need to keep. We where missing a gym key that they didnt have at the moment and the vvery next day the gave it to us...we didnt have to argue about it.

When we walked into our new apartment we loved it. It smelled nice everything seemed like it was new. On top of that we live on the 3rd floor next to a main street to get into this apartment complex. Even though we are living here we can barely hear the busy street. we like to keep the patio sliding door open to see the pretty veiw and well to see the cars passing by and its just wonderful. Our neighbors are very quite and to themselves which by all means is ok. At night u hardly hear any noise and parking at night is well lighted up enough too walk by myself if i want to go to the gym on my own and acutaly feel secure and safe. The commuinty is acutaly gated and for persons who dont live in this complex they have to go through a security to enter the complex which i love.

The rent for this place is reasonable....i mean u do live around san diego( which by the way downtown is like 15-20 mins away ) you are livng in otay ranch, free gym, pool, and everything is so close by. A new mall is like 5 mins away grovery stores are close by, theres shopping centers all around and lets just say if u live around here this is considerd upscale to everyone else.

I understnad for some people there experiance here probably hasnt been the same due to x-causes, but i am just telling you all from my point of veiw and from what i know. My opinion may be different from any body elses and i respect that but just so that u know i love this place. i love living here and i hope if ur tryin to make a choice between places to live u choose pinnacle. its by far a great place among other choices...
