I've been here about a year and a half now and it's definantly getting better as time goes on. They still have the same rules, but they're under new management who seems to try harder to help out all their residents. The last manager was ok, but this one seems to try harder which is a big plus. The staff in general is very helpful and polite also. Lately, they've been renovating the grounds. First, they repainted the building. I wasn't too sure about it at first, but I like it now. Then they redid the landscaping to prevent future problems to the buildings. Right now, they're expanding their office which is a much needed improvement. I think they are slowly fixing up individual units as people move out too. The did that for the unit next to mine. The only problem they have left is for about a year now, the security gates haven't been working. I don't see any other complex with this problem, so I constantly wonder why they can't just follow suit of one of the other complexes. If they get that fixed, and keep rent low, this will be a diamond in the ruff!!
