I made the huge mistake of finding this apartment. I feel like hippos are living in the story above. When we had moved in here I asked them how noise was and they told us how quiet it was. First of all you can hear everything from everyone elses apartments when your in the hall and you can hear everything from in the hall while in your apartment. The noise is just to much to take. The matience men are a JOKE, first of all one of my appliances didn't work so they fixed it but put it in wrong... its not rocket science! The walls are disgusting, they dont caulk the holes when someone moves out they just paste tons and tons of paint over it. One of my bathroom cabinets doenst close because so much paint is drooped over the hinges. Don't look here, the rent is ridiculous for the quality. The parking sucks if you have more than one car your pretty much screwed if you work late. And I see people coming and going who don't live in the apartment but are taking my potential parking spots.One of the walkways is very slippery when wet. I worry about elders because I myself have already slipped on it multiple times. BEWARE OF SEAWIND APARTMENTS.
