Lived here for 3 years now.
The good: gated community, fresh exterior paint, 1 car garage, 2 additional parking spaces outdoors, nice land lady.
The bad: faucets need replacing badly (they have bad limescale damage), half the electrical outlets in my unit don't work (anything plugged into them, the plug falls right back out), kitchen appliances need to be replaced, carpet needs to be replaced.

I've lived here for 2 yrs now. The land lady is nice, gated is a plus in this neighborhood, and exterior of complex is kept up, and other plus is that their is no lease, and they don't raise the rent often. However, the electrical outlets half don't work, they are so old you can't keep a plug in them. My faucet in the kitchen was replaced not to long ago, but the previous one was really bad. Leaking in my cabinet, full of limescale. The hot water takes eternity to get hot. You can't do dishes in a hurry or take a quick shower, thats for sure. The carpet is very dirty, I have shampooed it 3 times since I have lived here, and still spots surface everywhere. The laundry room is always very dirty, the washers stink like rotten eggs. If you do move here, do not wash your clothes here. Go to the nearest laundromat!
