Whatever you do, if you need to rent an apartment in the Chula Vista area, do not rent at St. Thomas Apartments. It is without a doubt, the worst possible place to rent. They over-charge. There is no guest parking, so anybody who is visiting has to park on the street. Because of that, it is very dangerous for anybody to turn onto the street in either direction. The manager is never in the office, so if you have a question for her, you have to walk all the way to her apartment and sometimes, she isn't even there. Some features of the apartment were already in poor repair when we moved in so they were broke within a month of living there. The maintenence men are noisy and inconsiderate at what that do. And most importantly, my laptop was stolen out of my apartment by either a member of the management or by one of the maintenance men and the manager says that there is nothing I can do to get it back! Never EVER rent at St. Thomas Apartments.
