The property looks rundown from the street, but the apartments are ok. Good size, basic units. Don't believe the "washer/dryer hookups" part - the dryer hookup is a long hose that connects to a bucket. If you or your kids have asthma, forget about it.

Price is affordable. Manager is good. Used to be popular with the military, but in the last few years it has become a low income community.
