Long story short........get copies of everything and make sure you keep notes on who you talk to in the office. Most of them are incompetent and have no idea what each other is doing. I guess they don't communicate.
the move in was ok. Mark was great. Pinnacle took over management a year ago and they suck. The manager has her cell phone surgically attached to her ear and will have her staff make constant excuses as to why she can't see you.i.e. in a meeting, at lunch, at corporate,etc. bunch of B.S. . When you trap her, she will talk down to you and call you sweety and not answer your questions. She will say she has to talk with her boss. Then, you are right back where you started trying to get a hold of her again. She is worthless.
Mark is great and they have a new girl that is also good. She is not aleasing agent, but has helped me when I got a 3 day on my door, even though I owed no money. She immediately looked it up on the computer and in my file and said I owed nothing and apologized for the notice.
maintenance has been great. Few problems to begin with, but they have repaired what I have called in on. mainly clogged toilet and a leaky faucet. Lighting in adequate. i have seen maintenance out at night changing bulbs.
Parking can be a -----. Get this. They implement a parking sticker program, but give stickers to people with garages. now, those with garages use the garage for storage and park in the other spots. So, the program has not helped at all. Real genius.
Apparently , the pace is up for sale and Equity might buy it. They have another place down the way and the reviews for that place are good. Hopefully, they will buy this place and clean it up. Get rid of the lazy ass manager and her worthless sidekicks and keep the good people on the staff.
