It a nice property. They keep it relatively clean. When the kids get out of school, they are prone to throwing trash all over the place. But, the maintenance staff sweep 7 days a week. They are also good with service request. at least they have been so far. Wish I could say the same for the office staff.
Went to the office 2 weeks ago to discuss notice on my door. I wanted to speak with the manager. The 4 times i went, she was either in a meeting, off the property or at lunch. I saw one of her minions go to her office and i saw the manager on her cell phone. Quite the norm here. She can often be seen by the back door of the office with her cell in one hand and a smoke in the other.
the apartment was good at move in and I have good neighbors. parking could be better. I finally got in touch with the manager on my third phone call and she was no help. She said she had to research the problem. I was finally helped by a -----e girl in the office. All is well now.
I will stay here and recomend it, but try to get to know the people in the area whch you are moving to. Some areas are terrible with kids running al over and screaming. If they could get a manager that gave a ---- about the place, it would be better. Oh, and get use to the manager calling you "sweety" and "honey". I hate that .

Untrue written statements, written by upset staff members that are not happy with management. Management is great and very proffessional!!!!!!!!!!!!
