first impressions were great. Guy with Boston accent showed us the model and did the paperwork and we were in within a few days. unit was great with no problems.....at first. Had a leak at the kitchen faucet and it was replaced in less than 2 hours. I liked that.
Went to office later to complain about parking and i wanted to speak with the manager about it. After 3 unreturned phone calls and 5 trips to the office, I eventually rented a garge. I never got to talk with the manager. She was always "busy". I could see the door open and her either on her cell phone of stuffing her face with food. never any time for me though.
I say safety is good because of lighting and well trimmed bushes not blocking windows. But security'' where is it. I have yet to see any.
In short, the look/listen for the guy with the boston accent if you want help. main.t has been great and the manager needs to do her job and deal with the issues instead of pawning frustrated residents off on the leasing staff. I have a neighbor that had the same experience.
