Well, the place has changed hands and it shows. I am disgusted and will not renew my lease. I have had an work order waiting to be completed for over 2 weeks now. I talked to a maint. guy and he told me that there are 85 works orders he can't finish because the new maint. supervisor will not get patrs. WTF'' All I see the new guy do is drive around all day with some fat lady in a golf cart. I am outof this place asap.
They got rid of Mark in the office and he was the only person that knew the place and the people. The manager is impossible to get a meeting with. Just stays in her office with door closed. I guess some things never change.

I work at Teresina and I do not intend to take this comment personally, but to be honest, I've seen our workers, and I have seen them work their butts off. It is common to get attention for the negativity about our property, but we honestly get compliments for our noticed hard work as well. I suggest that for those who do leave comments and opinions about this property, at least point out matters in a professional and polite manner so we can try our best to resolve the problem to the best of our ability.
