I've been in the military for several years now and have lived in numerous homeports from Japan, Guam, Virginia, Florida, and San Diego(twice). This is my second time living here! Thats says alot about a community. I spoke with the leasing agent who was also prior military, and boy he hooked me up! I only paid $100 deposit with no pet deposit and he found a perfect aparment for me on the bottom floor in the corner of the building, right in front of my assigned carport. Now thats excellent service folks! He found "exactly" what I was looking for! Good luck!
