Terra Nova Villas is big enough to have a couple of floor plans, gym and pool, and at the mean time, not as big as losing that personal touch.
The management is very warm, bright, diligent, and responsive. I am very impressed by their creativity - they had a community BBQ for us a few months ago, with a DJ and everything! Nice! This place is like a big family. The maintenance is super fast and responsive. It beats the bigger apartments where everybody is cold and everything is slow. A Great place to call home! Trust me!
