Pros-Cons From: lblovele1@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Pros: Terra Nova is in a nice, residential location, located close to shopping and the 805 freeway. The grounds are well-maintained, apartments are kept up and management is responsive to maintenance issues. Kid control is decent...not as many bratty kids running around as there could be. Rent is very reasonable. Cons: Pets are allowed so you have to be careful when walking thru the grass at times. hmmm...thats the only con I can think of right now. I recommend!
