Pros: Terra Nova is in a nice, residential location, located close to shopping and the 805 freeway. The grounds are well-maintained, apartments are kept up and management is responsive to maintenance issues. Kid control is decent...not as many bratty kids running around as there could be. Rent is very reasonable.
Cons: Pets are allowed so you have to be careful when walking thru the grass at times. hmmm...thats the only con I can think of right now.
