Before I moved in I did some research by coming to this great web site, I read all the comments to see what people had to say about all the apartments. I chose Terra Nova Villas because I liked the washer and dryer inside the apartment and the location. I took a tour of the apartment model and I liked what I saw, so I decided to move here.

Also, I had requested to move a couple of days early to move some of my stuff that I had in boxes and they allowed me to do it, which was cool with me. The apartment needed some finishing touches that needed to be done before I moved in, it's almost been two weeks and they have not been completed.

I live in the downstairs unit and the noise from the unit above is terrible. There's too much squeaking, the footsteps are loud and my window rattles, it almost sounds like 500 lbs people live upstairs. The apartment hasn't been taken care of very well and the work that has been done to repair some of the holes in the walls or damaged baseboards is poor. The customer service staff has been average so far. I'll see how it goes when I make some requests like fixing my bathroom sink so the water drains faster.

The things that I do like very much about this apartment are the closets, they are huge! I like my parking spot because it's in front of my unit, literally a few steps away. In addition, we have tile in our living room and the dinning section.

However, for 1,445.00 a month I would expect something better than this. This apartment could be in better shape, maybe they need to replace their maintenance staff.

If I could do it again I would not move here.

I agree, it's not even luxurious like they claim it to be.
