Not a good place to start...

I have so many things to say about this apartment. Buy I will try to minimize my words and mention couple things that I really concerned. Since I'm kinda impressed in their apartment model and features, they offered us this "special promo" which ended same day. SInce it's a good deal, we took their good deals. After couple months of stay, we started having problems of this place. No.1 MAINTENANCE..there's a lot of things that needs to be done. I'm tired calling them to fix something because after one things done, here's another one problem again. #2 SECURITIES..I don't see any securities to watch the place. #3. Everybody should request a new carpet before they move. #4. RENOVATION...does anyone heard about renovation' Before we moved, they said that there will be renovations going on this year. Our contract almost ended and I don't heard anything from the Management.
Two things that i liked here....One, you can do some paints if you want. Second, pet friendly. Small or large pets are ok.
Maintenance people are good. But I noticed if it's a major problem, they took a while to showed up.
If you want to move here, be sure to ask them questions. You cannot changed once it has been done unless you're willing to pay their cancellation fee...
