I agree with the review made on 6/3/07. Maintenance is the biggest problem at this place. It looks nice from the outside, but inside the apartments are old and in poor condition. If you move here you will get to know the maintenance guys very well. Only good thing about that is that they do respond fairly quickly and are cool to deal with. Another problem is that management does not seem to enforce any of the rules here. For instance - everybody gets one assigned spot and then you can also park in any open spot. People take advantage of this by leaving cars or even boats parked in open spots without moving them for months at a time. Another thing - there is always a lot of litter on the ground. It is a fairly large complex, but they could do a better job keeping the grounds clean.
To be fair, it is not all bad. The apartments are good size, they have A/C and washer/dryer, allow pets, and it is a fairly quiet complex. The people in the office are usually very nice to deal with.
Overall though, this place is not worth the money they charge for rent. Don't believe all those reviews that say this is the greatest place in Chula Vista. I certainly have seen worse, but I've also seen a lot better.

we'll good luck to you on this place. we can't stay here longer than we we're expected. we're moving out soon you should call the management when problem comes up. remember, every single pennies that we are paying should be equivalent to a good service.
