Never again

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We lived in Terra Nova for over a year and were severely disappointed. The only reason we didnt move when out 1 year lease was up was because they only gave us 3 days to sign a new lease with only a $55 difference, as opposed to $100 if we waited to sign another lease. The management staff were inadequate and rude. Our apartment was in a constant state of falling apart. Multiple times our toilets overflowed onto floor (with maintenence taking their sweet time), once out AC leaked water so bad, when the cover was removed, about 2 gallons of water came rushing onto our heads. THe maintenence staff came into out apartment without permission once after our work order was cancelled. Our carpet was a mess with nails sticking out. The countertops need replacing. And they charged US almost $500 when we moved out to fix all this even though we had documented complaints about everything. Oh, and the parking lights were ALWAYS out.
