old with many problems

Since moving in just 2 months ago i've had too many problems here. First, the front door sticks very bad and the side of the door needs to be shaved to make it fit properly. I've notified the office about that when I first moved in but I guess they consider this a livable condition that doesnt need fixing. The A/C didnt blow cold air so they ended up coming out to recharge it. The screen door to my patio doesnt really sit in the railing so it just kinda sits up against the glass door. When I first moved in they didnt even have my toilet hooked up so I had to have them come out to hook it up. I guess they removed it to replace the flooring after the last tenant moved out and forgot to hook it back up. You would think they would do an inspection of the place before having new people move in. About 2 weeks living here there was a leak from the hot water heater that is just outside my unit and shares a wall with my bedroom closet. my carpet and everything that was on my closet floor were soaked. They did fix the leak the next day but instead of replacing the rotten, mildew smelling carpet in there all they did was place a dehumidifier in there for 3 days. It smelled so bad. I was so pissed and was about to just rip the carpet out myself and toss it in their front office. They ended up just spraying an odor eliminator in the closet. I also went through a can of lysol to try and hide the smell. Its not that bad now but if you spend a minute in there you can still smell it. Now my refridgerator/freezer is going out. I'm not very knowledgeable with fridges but its still cool but stuff in the freezer is all melting/thawing out now. I've put the fridge setting on coldest but not sure if that has any affect on the freezer portion. There is no separate control for that. I can't wait till my lease is up here so I can find a decent place. I'd much rather pay a couple hundred more for a nicer place and get my own washer/dryer. the laundry facility by my unit has about a dozen washers and dryers but only about 4 of each ever work when i go there.
