I will be brief and to the point...Terra Nova Villas SUCK! Maintenance takes forever, management will try to charge you extra fees for everything you can think of and worse of all, the neighbors think letting their dogs crap all over the place (and leaving it there) is fine...I am not kidding! It is so gross! I moved in because it was pet friendly, but I have cats and never imagined that I would see large piles of dog crap on a regular basis, right outside of my window and in all the common areas. Management sends threatening memos from time to time, but of course they can not enforce anything. Here is the worse part if you are worried about money...MY 6 MONTH LEASE EXPIRED AND I WAS GIVEN THE OPTION OF SIGNING FOR A YEAR (WITH A RENT INCREASE) OR GO MONTH TO MONTH FOR A $200.00 FEE. WELL, THAT $200.00 FEE IS FOR EVERY MONTH!!! THE WAY THEY WORDED THE OFFER MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT WOULD BE A ONE TIME FEE...BUT BEWARE, THEY WILL TELL YOU THERE ARE NO LONGER 6 MONTH LEASE OPTIONS TO TRY TO JACK UP YOUR RENT AND STAY IN THAT HELL HOLE FOR ANOTHER YEAR! tHE NEIGHBORS ARE REALLY GHETTO TOO...I CAME HOME LATE ONE NIGHT AND SAW A COUPLE HAVING SEX IN THE JACUZI...NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEVER WENT IN AGAIN!DON'T BE FOOLED IF YOU GO LOOK AT THE PLACE, SUPERFICIALLY, IT LOOKS WELL MAINTAINED, BUT WALK AROUND THE WHOLE PROPERTY AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN. ALSO, THE LAUNDRY MAT IS DISGUSTING, THEY NEVER WORK AND THE MACHINES STEAL YOUR MONEY! oF COURSE MANAGEMENT DOESN'T REIMBURSE YOU.... THERE ARE MORE STORIES I CAN TELL, HOWEVER, I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND ANOTHER THOUGHT ON THAT DUMP.
