Aweful From: Sickorenting Date posted: 4/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   As far as management, it was much better when Kay was there. Even the next one,(I can't remember her name, Delores I think')was a sweetheart. I would have to agree, the current manager is a nightmare. Extremely rude & nasty. Does not do well at her job at all. Pool was usually either closed or too gross to swim in. Weight room was never opened when it was supposed to be. If you had a problem with your apartment, good luck to you. Lots of problems with roaches no matter how clean you are. The end apartments had issues with mice (from the pallet place next door). Not sure if anything has changed, but that's how it was when I left. Way too expensive for such a dump. Better management is the only way this place would be "O.K."
