By far the worst renting experience. The walls are incredible thin, so not only can you hear everything going on in your entire appartment from any room, but you can hear all going on in every apartmant that is even remotly connected.
The management (or lack there of) is awful and very unhelpful. We had a problem with our downstairs neighbor who thought we were to loud. She called and complained on us the day we were moving in, while we were at work and twice while we weree on vacation. We showed the management proof that we were not even near the property all the times we were supposedly we being to loud. They treated us very badly and didn't want to hear us out. They even accidently slipped and let us know it's because were so young. We went above their heads to the main company, who also treated us badly and basically said we were SOL. Whenever we had a problem of our own, they were incredibly slow to respond if they evry even fixed it at all. Half the time maintence was in our appartment they never left a note or work order letting us know. It was very violating of our privacy. One time the also forgot to close the door and we didn't know they were going in, so we called the cops assuming someone broke in.
They charge a large amount of money for the poorest amount of service!
