Office staff is kind and helpful. They promised a new stove upon move-in, but happened to be a month late, so they gave me $100 toward rent. Can't ask for a more customer-service oriented crowd. Parking is fine and strictly enforced. I really enjoyed moving in and dealing with them. They even have a military clause where they will cancel your contract if you need to for deployment or honorable separation.
