I lived here a couple years ago and I had a terrible experience. All of these people posting the good reviews have to be office staff! I had to finally be released from my contract becasue of the rats! Not to mention that the maintenance in general was ridiculous. If you wanna live in a rat trap- this is your new place.

The Management personel needs to be replaced. The apartments seem nice in appearance, the grounds are kept up, Theres a retard wetting windows when they're open and not to mention, just forget about sleeping in. The blower is in service very early. well, for someone who doesnt get out of work untill 2am evey day 8am is early to be mowing the lawn and blowing the leaves at that time. If you are an early riser this is the place for you! if you like to deal with horrible office personel then The Villages at Bonita Glen is the right place for you.

i agree..the management staff are idiots and they are never in their office when you want them to be. they never answer the phones, and they are never there when you need to turn in rent money. girls how hard is it to be managers???

Oh yea...how about this. I've lived there for 2 years and the manager ALLISON is the RUDEST B i've ever met. Me and my cousins lived next door to eachother. she claimed she got a noise ordinance from one of our apartments so she just placed a notice on both of our doors to pay $30.00 for the noise...then proceeded to have my friend's mom's car towed away from the complex bc she claims it was a tow away zone although there was NOOOO sign. THEN they had been doing construction by my parking spot so I had no where to park for 3 months and she tells me to park by the rental office which is a HIKE from where I live. So I also had my lights turned off before bc I paid the bill late. My fault. All the boxes outside the apartment you can easily move the latch up and go there n switch it back on...well when the light man came to turn mine back on my box all of a sudden had a lock on it. NO one else had one. Mine did!. Let's see what else. My nob on my shower came off and they told me maintenance couldn't come out until the next day unless it's water running continously. SO i had to lie to make him come to my house n fix it. lol...I got lots of stories for you guys but it would take too long for me to finish it. heh...all in all. The other girl she had working with her Was coo but allison...even the property manager was a loser I called her about the fine we got for the noise and she still stuck on allison's side. You can't serve two apartments with that unless you know where the noise is coming from. Talkin about a police officer that stayed across from my apt complained and she is gonna listen to him. The dood was a RENT A COP!....SO When I moved out I didn't completely move everything. I left like 4 tires and a rim I asked her if I could get them she said yea so I drive over there me and the other girl are wondering why they weren't in my apt anymore...aliison finally says...we threw them in the trash...Now why didn't she tell me that before I drove over there and sat there for 2 hours waiting?....I hate that -----!
