Today was supposed to be moving day I brought a box trailer into the complex and parked it in my assigned parking to stay out of the way of other residents while I packed and loaded the trailer. I unloaded all the moving boxes and packing materials into my unit and began packing my belongings. While I was packing, the office manager called Paxton towing and had my trailer towed away. I called the police thinking someone stole the trailer. It was then I was notified the management office personnel were the ones whom called the towing service. It cost me $210.00 to recover my trailer.

This person should let management office know in the advance about parking the trailer. Then this did not happen. It was not office personel's error. The office personel's action was correct to protect the tenant's parking space.
