I moved in about a year ago. When I applied there were no hidden charges. You got 1 assigned parking space with your apartment so you never had to worry about not haveing a place to park. You enforced your own parking space so your guests could use it. The staff was great. Anytime I had maintance requests it would be done within a 2 day grace period. I never had a problem when I lived there. I felt safe when I would come home from work at 11pm I never heard anyone having parties. It was a great place to live all around. Im sad I got stationed elsewhere and had to move. I would recommend this place to any and everyone of my co workers.
