I moved in Feb 7th 2008. Everything so far is good. My dish washer broke and they fixed it in a day or two. I had a problem with my door sticking and they fixed it the same day. All the other reviews sound crazy to me. Not saying there not true because how would I know. I cant imagine coming across rats and roaches in my house. ewww. (The last review mentioned that problem) I think my only con is that there is no window in my bathroom and th fan doesnt seem to ventillate well. No big deal though. My pros are I love all the closet sizes, love the grounds, love the bbq area (ive been using it every weekend now) love dollar wash dollar dry, Allison is really cool when I see her outside she says hi to me and my dogs, things get fixed. It's a good deal. Oh ya, I called the police station before I moved in and they said my complex was "a good little area". For those of you looking to move here. I guess thats it.
