I lived at this apartment complex for years and have seen alot of different leasing personal come in and out of there. 1st leasing girl was Stephanie she was great she answered all my questions. Everytime I went into the office I talked to her because I would ask for Allison and she was either busy in her office doing something by herself and would ask Stephanie to see what it is that I needed, then it was like Allison was NEVER there. Stephanie was very professional answered all my questions and concerns. I would try to schedule appointments to talk to the "Property Manager" Allison but again she was to busy for appointments. I guess in th long run it was probably best to go through Stephanie because Allison was way to busy to handle my issues or would have probably forget to schedule my maintenance requests since she was way to busy doing nothing. I can see why Stephanie left. Then the 2nd Leasing girl was Barbara who yet again I seen more of then Allison. It seemed like Barbara was the only one in the office all the time. She would have atleast 3-4 people in the office at one time and showed she could have handled it by herself without Allison.When there was all those people in the office at the same time it was like she knew what she was doing and knew how to handle all the residents issues without Allison. There was one time Barbara couldnt get ahold of maintenance so she herself personally went to my apartment to figure out why my electric went out on half of my apartment and not the other. Barbara was very efficent and professional and was easy to talk to. I do miss Stephanie and Barbara they made me feel like they really did care about their jobs and made me feel more like a friend then just another resident. I wish that Stephanie or Barbara was still there maybe I wpildnt have moved out. Last but not least There is a girl in there named Tess who yet again seems like she is the only one working in the office. She is professional also but I didnt get to know her as well as the other 2 girls because I decided enough is enough Im sure id I stayed I would have liked her too. It just really sucks that Allison lost 2 really good hard workers who I really enjoyed talking to. Like I said if I stayed living there Im sure Tess would have done the same as Stephanie and Barbara. I really did like living here its just it took maintenance a long time to fix problems I dont know if its because I only seen 1 maintenance person on the property all the time. When I moved in Allison said that there was 2 maintenance men that worked there but like I said I only seen 1 all the time and it was the same guy everytime coming in to fix my problems. What happen to the 2nd guy' Where was he' All in all my stay was ok but it would have been nice o talk to the "property Manager" about issues I had instead of the other girls all the time.. So if you want to live at a place where you feel like you cant talk to the property manager about any concerns or issues then this is the place to live!!!!!!!!
