I've been here for about fours years.I would not recommened this complex to anybody, even though the rent is cheap. Leakey roofs, mold, car brake-ins, the management is a joke they are rude and dont give a carp about you. They smoke in the office all day long!!! The managment also allows repair men into your home without giving you notice. My three year old daughter was in the living room while I was in the shower when all of a sudden a strange man walked right into our home. When I brought it up to the office lady she told me too bad and that I was over reacting. Antelope Creek Apartments are the worse apartment complex's. The property managment should do something about it. Since the office managers aren't!!!

I agree. Just yesterday the manager "Marla" was yelling at a tenant because "Marla" chose to have a Tow truck tow the young ladies car without notice.The woman she was yelling at was in tears. On 04/21/08 "Marla" placed parking warning stickers on two vehicles in the complex, one of them was mine which I had moved to a storage facility the other was a red miata convertable. Marla chose to pretend as if the car that I had towed out of here FOUR DAYS AGO was actually a car that had been parked about 200 feet from my car that belonged to my neighbor (which never received a notice). When my neighbor went to the office to find out what was going on "Marla" chose to pretend as if MY CAR was owned by this poor young woman, and "Marla" told the young woman that her car and my car were actually the same car and that the woman had moved the car in hopes that the management would not notice. My car is a classic, the car that was towed was a 1992 Buick. My car was actually a "rolling chassis" (no drivetrain, interior, bumpers, etc.) the woman who had her car towed had a 1992 buick that had been in a frontal collision....my car just left the body shop after $3600 worth of repairs....Only a moron or a liar would try to pretend as if these two different cars were the same. The day that the tow truck arrived Marla chose to have this poor young ladies car towed without notice and when confronted Marla showed her true unprofessional attitude when she began YELLING and SLAMMING her hand on a desk as she stated "SHUT-UP" "SHUT-UP" "SHUT UP" just like a child. The woman who's car was towed told Marla that she watched MY car (which is a classic pre-1970 vehicle) getting towed out of here and Marla told the woman that she was lying and that the woman had moved the car. I gave the poor girl the receipt from Father and Son's Towing and a few pictures of my car at the storage facility (I always photograph any car that will be placed in storage). I told the girl to call me on friday so that we can drive her car to my storage, take side by side pictures of our cars and then she can go and show Marla what a fool she has made of herself. Marla is a bad person. I would not shed a tear if someone were to "fix" her poor attitude.

OMG!!! I am so sorry for all of your problems. I finally moved out of the there 2 months ago, after 4 long years of putting up with this crap. I had black mold in my apt. Which I contacted them a couple of times about. They also entered my apt 3 times to my knowledge without any notice. I called and talked to the young girl that works there to ask her why they came into my apartment, and she played dumb. The last straw was when my boyfriend and I were watching tv in bed and we saw someone looking in our window. I got up and yelled at the guy. It just happened to be one of the landscape guys. My only advise to all of you if MOVE OUT!!! Marlene is a raging b@#ch. And both of them are the two most unproffessional people that I have ever seen running a business. Start looking for a different place to live now. All I can say is life is so much nicer in another place. Even if the rent is more.
