Because our rent increases EVERY TIME (every 6 monthhhhs) at renewal of lease I would expect the amenities that we do have be available at ALL TIMES or at least when not in service that it should be repaired within a 48 hour period and not over 2 weeks. I finally see our rent increase being used to improve the outer appearance of this place.
