While the management appears to want to be helpful, I don't feel they are effective. There is a significant issue with the majority of tenants littering most common areas with cigarette butts, and ash. Tenants are also permitted, by non-action of the management, to create nuisances, and disturb other tenants, as well as violate health and safety concerns. The tenant neighboring my stair case continues to litter and debase the alcove with cigarette butts and ash, and also creates a fire hazard with the 'disposal' of such.
