I agree with the other review, although I never had problems with vandalism. I rarely had to use my gate card to enter the facility, the gate was usually open. I had very loud neighbors! The gardener starts very early in the morning (7am). In the summer when your windows are open the sprinklers are quite annoying in the middle of the night. The only phone option is Roseville telephone, which sucks! DSL is available but very pricy and only available through roseville telephone (surewest). On the good side- the manager Kelly and office manager Suzanne are very nice and try to get things done some of the other office staff aren't so good or as nice, so stick to them. Repairs are generally done within a reasonable amount of time (nothing major wrong). I never felt unsafe in the area at night as a young female. You get a covered assigned parking spot and there is generally tons of additional parking, but it can get crowded on the weekends. Aside from my very noisy neighbors (who moved then I got worse ones) It really was an okay place to live. (living room was a little small).
