Parking: One covered spot. Often there is not enough "free" parking spaces near the front entrance to the complex but the back of the complex is always open.

Noise Level: We've always been on the bottom floor so you always hear more.

Grounds: Well-kept, almost TOO much! I agree with one poster-it is sometimes over-watered. Flowers are changed often. Areas are kept free of debris.

Safety: We've never had a problem with safety here. We always keep our doors and windows locked. The mailboxes were vandalized a few times in the past years. They have a neighborhood watch program and also a security guard in place. The gated security is a JOKE...anyone can follow one through.

Construction: Within the past year, all the apartment buildings have been vinyl-sided with new wide-slat mini-blinds. They are updating each apartment as someone vacates with new carpet, vinyl flooring and new mouldings/fixtures.

Maintenance Service: They have a great maintenance team here...but they can be quite busy at times.

Office Staff: Kelly & Suzanne are friendly & helpful...it seems we get a new crew every few days around here though! Ocassionally, the staff throw parties for the residents and have coloring cotests for the kids which is a nice feature.
