SO FAR SO GOOD From: JC2003 Date posted: 10/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 1 YEAR WITH NO PROBLEMS. OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. WE HAVEN'T HAD THE NEED TO USE THE MAINTENENCE DEPT. BUT HAVE HEARD THEY ARE ON TOP OF THINGS. OUR COMPLAINTS ARE THE SAME AS THE OTHER REVIEWERS: SECURITY GATES ARE USELESS AS ANYONE CAN FOLLOW ANYONE IN. THE CABLE IS LESS THEN ADEQUATE SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE OPTED FOR SATELLITE INSTEAD. THE OFFICE KNOWS ABOUT THE CABLE ISSUES AS THEY HAVE HAD LOTS OF COMPLAINTS, SO MAYBE THINGS WILL CHANGE IN THE FUTURE. AS FAR AS APARTMENTS GO HOWEVER, AUTUMN RIDGE IS ONE OF THE NICER PROPERTIES IN THE AREA.
