FIRST-- They had a major fire when I lived theree and the scary thing is that the "FIRE ALARM" didn't go off until the top floor was completely engulfed!!!I lived there for almost two years and when I moved out I requested to be present for the walk through. They did not allow me to be and almost six months later I recieved a bill from a collection agency for cleaning, paint, new carpet due to damage caused by my "dog" (I've never had a dog.) I was told that if I didn't pay they would take me to court. They were terrible about fixing things and it could take weeks to get a return call for maintanance.
