A Place to Call Home

Well, we've been at this apartment going on three years now and it has certainly had its ups and downs. The management has also changed twice since we moved in.
Depending on which apartment building you end up in, be prepared for a walk if you want to park in your space.
It's generally a quiet area with not too much going on. There are two gated entrances...theoretically, since they are always broken. Also, you can just wait behind a car with access to the gate and follow them through. We have a security guard, if you can call him that. He just sits in his car in the tightest spots so it makes it difficult to get around him. He is always in my way and always on my nerves.
They have entered our apartment on numerous occasions while we are away, and it's legal since they have left a 48 hour notice...even though I have never received one in my hand. I was ready to move after this happened three times. We are still here because rent is pretty cheap compared to other apartments.
Let's see...some good things...well, you have a three-day grace period to pay rent. It's due on the first, but you have three days thereafter to pay. However, don't forget because you will end up with a pay or quit notice on your door.
There is really nothing particularly special about Autumn Ridge. It's just a place to call home. It is neither horrible nor wonderful...but then again, that judgement is up to you qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
