We had nothing but problems living at Autumn Ridge! The biggest issue was Mold (black mold to be exact). It was in our bathroom and bedroom window sills. They came in and cleaned the mold, but it continued to grow back. I had the fan in the laundry area running 24/7 to try and help, but we were told we had to open our windows every day for at least 1 hour (even if it was raining outside) to air out the apartment so mold wouldnt grow! Im sorry, but that is ridiculous! For the bathroom mold, they had to remove part of the wall and patch it back up. But they tried to say it was caused from us spraying the wall with water (i do not know anyone that does that, but whatever). Next, we lived in a downstairs apartment and for majority of our time their, we had a family living above us in a 1 bedroom that had 4 adults and 3 kids! They didnt believe us until they were there for a few days fixing the mold issue and heard the noise and say them leaving a few times. I would never recommend this complex or move to another complex owned by the same property management! The property manager was rude! Look elsewhere!!!
