For the price of my lease I think im getting an ok deal but remember, you get what you pay for. If you move here, DO NOT let them rent you an apartment off a main drive through, youll hear every moron and his crappy car with its crappy sound system drive by. A lot of people here are very inconsiderate. As far as the apartment, I should have taken a hint when I smelled an over whelming mildew smell on my half hearted tour. I thought maybe it would go away after some shampooing and treatments. Nope still here. God forbid I leave anything on the floor. It ends up smelling like my grandma's basement. My immediate neighbors are cool but there are some bigots living around here. (On more than one occasion I heard somone spouting racial slurrs.) The high points are that the apartments are quite energy efficiant. Ive had low smud and pg&e bills. Ive never had a very hard time with parking and the grounds are fairly well kept. I would reccommend moving here but only if you absolutley must have a low priced apartment with a washer & dryer.
