I lived there for a year and never really experienced any major issues. The office staff is very nice; however, they take forever to get back to you regarding any concerns you may have. The noise level was not extreme, but you can constantly hear sirens from the busy intersection. My downstairs neighbors would blast their music at 8am on Saturdays when I was trying to enjoy my sleep. Besides that, the noise was very minimal. It was sometimes hard to find parking, and I would often times be stuck walking a long distance back to my apartment at midnight. For the most part I felt safe- but then again I lived on the 2nd floor. I would live there again because I enjoyed the nice central location. Close to the freeway and shopping centers.
