IT'S MOSTLY ALL GOOD

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
We have lived at Autumn Ridge for almost 5 years. We have had no major problems. The apartment just needs to be updated with new carpet, appliances and maybe new flooring, however this most likely wont happen untill we move out. The only reason we may move is to relocate to Placer County-less crime but more expensive rents I know. Our apartment is towards the back so we do not hear much noise. I know they have had some problems here as I see the Citrus Heights police here sometimes, but we have not had any problems with break ins or car vandalism. As far as the office staff goes, mostly young women-but my dealings with them have found them mostly pleasant and courteous. The maintenence department is mostly hispanic men which sometimes leads to a language problem but they are always pleasant and our requests always happen within 1-2 days. The grounds are kept up nicely and to the contrary of that other reviewer-I have never had any rodents or roaches-if the complex had a problem I think within 5 years we would know it. The best part about living here for 5 years is that Autumn Ridge has been extremely fair in their rental prices. We have only had 1 increase in 5 years. And that is pretty amazing. We will miss our home here at Autumn Ridge!
