I'm surprised by the negative recent posts here. I have lived at Autumn Ridge for the past six months and have experienced no problems.
We have had no major problems,
I enjoy the nice central location. Close to the freeway and shopping centers
Any repairs that I have needed were done almost immediately, and the on sight maintenance crew are awesome. They are friendly and efficient. The office personnel are also great. Friendly, helpful and efficient.
