I have lived at Copperwood for 9 months now and it's very quaint. The community is very small and personal. The manager knows everyone by name, it's very sweet. Everyone you pass says hello to you.

The laundry rooms are emaculate as well as the grounds. The only think I would say in a negative light, is there is very limited storage in the kitchens. Maintenace is quite prompt and they change the filter on more than a regular basis which helps our bill immensely. I would reccomend this community to everyone.
