We have lived here for almost a year and are glad to get the heck out of here. The office staff never addressed complaints about rude and loud neighbors. We have nightmare neighbors that think the stairs are their own personal skateboard park, but the staff will do nothing about it. You can forget about getting anything fixed because it will never happen. The office staffs idea of a work order is a "post it" note that will never make it to the maintenance staff. The pond is not filled properly in the Summer and most of the time is not working, so when it is 100 degrees you have the pleasure of smelling the rotting, sludge-filled, duck poop and feather filled ponds. This place is perfect if your idea of Heaven is living next to a raw sewage plant. They have turned off our water twice without giving notice. This is especially pleasant when you have a head full of shampoo while you are showering before work. There is no need to watch the TV show "Cops" because you live it every night. The police helicopter is constantly circling EVERY night. It is so comforting to sit at home alone while the helicopter is shining the searchlight on your patio and calling out the description of a wanted suspect. Also be prepared to have to listen to your white-trash neighbors have domestics and have the cops called out on a regular basis. We have had our car broken into twice. The basic rule of thumb in this neighborhood is if it is not nailed down, it WILL get stolen. There are always ghetto abandoned cars on the street. People dump old furniture and mattresses in the dumpsters so that the aparments look extra ghetto. This is not the place for you if you are a decent, responsible human being that has respect for others. If you are loud, dirty, rude and have probably been on the "Jerry Springer" show, then you have found your new home. Take our advice and do not live here. Pay the extra few hundred dollars a month to live somewhere better like Roseville or Folsom.
