It seems pretty because of the water and ducks, but the security and management are the most horrible ever. I have had my car stereo stolen from my car which was parked right outside the door of my apartment.

I dont feel safe walking here at night because there are a ton of random people walking around that dont live here. I always hear people talking about how they had their car stolen or broken into.

The management here is awful. I had my hot water turned off with no warning and it took them 4 days to turn it back on. I got no rent deduction. They are also never in the office. And your power bills will be sky-high.

I would tell everyone not to move here, especially if you have children.
