This is definately the worst place we have ever lived. The Office staff never addressed any of our maintanence issues until we complained at least 3 times. There are always abandoned cars on the street and people trying to fix their beat up cars at all times of the day and leave their garbage behind. We have the police helicopter circling almost every night and have had our car broken into twice. The insulation is poor and the airconditioning/heating units are so old that they should be on the antiques roadshow. Our electricty bill is triple what it was in our old apartment due to the poor insulation and old appliances. Our neighbors are total white trash and we do not feel safe. The ducks are cute and the waterways/ponds are nice, but all the negatives do not outweigh this one and only positive.
